Whose data

Panzer Books connects to exactly one QuickBooks Online company, owned by the app's owner. It holds no data about anyone else and has no other users.

What it accesses

The accounting records in that company: accounts, transactions, vendors, customers and reports, through Intuit's official QuickBooks Online Accounting API.

Where it is kept

Access keys are stored only on the owner's computer, encrypted with the computer's built-in protection. This website stores nothing and collects nothing. It has no cookies, analytics or forms.

Who sees it

Only the owner. When the owner asks, their AI assistant (Claude, made by Anthropic) reads the records on the owner's computer to help with bookkeeping. The data is never sold, rented or shared with anyone else, and it is not used for advertising.

Removing access

The owner can disconnect at any time from QuickBooks (Settings, Apps) or from the program itself. Disconnecting revokes access at Intuit and deletes the stored keys.
