Who may use it

Panzer Books is a private tool built for, and used only by, its owner to manage the owner's own QuickBooks Online company. No license to use it is offered or granted to anyone else.

What it does

With the owner's approval on Intuit's own screen, it reads and records accounting data in the owner's QuickBooks Online company. Changes are made only when the owner asks for them.

No warranty

The tool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The owner remains responsible for reviewing their own books.

Ending use

The owner can disconnect at any time from QuickBooks (Settings, Apps) or from the program itself, which revokes access at Intuit.
